The three historic dwelling-houses, each together with a piece of surrounding land consisting of that portion of the erf concerned extending to a depth of 60 metres from the Paulet Street boundary, situate on the undermentioned properties: (b) Certain piece of land on the northern side of Paulet Street, in the Municipality and Division of Somerset East, being Lot 81, now known as Erf 21, Somerset East.
