on the eastern side the said lattice-work, including the said garden wall and lattice-work, being a portion of
certain land, situate in the Municipality of Stellenbosch, Division of Stellenbosch, being Lot Johmar (Deeds Registry 1659, Stellenbosch) (now known as the remainder of Erf 256, Stellenbosch), measuring as per remainder
30 858 square feet.
