(b) Lot 296, Kensington Townsip, Registration Division IR, Transvaal, in extent 495 (four hundred and ninety-five) square metres;
(c) Lot 298, Kensington Townsip, Registration Division IR, Transvaal, in extent 495 (four hundred and ninety-five) square metres.
