(i) Property: Portion 1 of Erf 23, situated in the Township of Muckleneuk, Registration Division JR, Transvaal, in extent 2 109 (two thousand one hundred and nine) square metres; and
(ii) the remaining portion of Erf 23, situated in the Township of Muckleneuk, Registration Dividion JR, Transvaal, in extent 444 (four hundred and forty-four) square metres.
