The properties, together with the dwelling-house (formerly the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Parsonage) and outbuilding thereon, consisting of the following erven: (a) Erf 413, situated in the Town of Petrus Steyn, District of Lindley, in extent 2 974 (two thousand nine hundred and seventy-four) square metres; and(b) Erf 415, situated as above, in extent 2 974 (two thousand nine hundred and seventy-four) square metres.
