The old pound, together with a portion of surrounding land, being five metres on the northern and western sides of the structure, the land on the eastern side thereof up to and bordered by Justisie Street and the land on the southern side thereof up to and bordered by Erf 129, situated on a portion of certain Erf 128, in the Town of Philippolis, District of Philippolis, Province of the Orange Free State.
