By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 10 (2) (b) of the National Monuments Act, 1969 (Act No. 28 of 1969), I, Roelof Petrus Meyer, Deputy Minister of Constitutional development and of National Education, hereby withdraw in its entirety Government Notice No. 2174 of 7 October 1983.
