Significance: Historical and Architectural- This imposing dwelling house that was erected in 1920 is an excellent example of the Tudor-Revival style. It is one of the few remaining houses of this period in Vryheid. Has mock Tudor facade in 'stockbroker'Tudor style. Has plaster detailing which painted to resemble half timbering on the upper story of front facade only. Lower story has bay window with teak casements painted white. Front doorway has a fan light.
