Prospecting Right Application for Coal on Portions: 1, 4, 14, and 15 of the Farm Kopermyn 435 JS, situated in the magisterial district of Steve Tshwete in Mpumalanga Province

Jaments (Pty) Ltd has applied for a Prospecting Right in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act 28 of 2002, as amended) (MPRDA) for the prospecting of commodity (Coal) that may exist within the application area. The application area is located approximately 27.92 km South-East of Middelburg, and it covers an area of approximately 517.910 Hectares. The proposed prospecting programme will be completed within a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of five (5) years.
