This beautiful Victorian row house, which dates from the late nineteenth century, is an excellent and well preserved example of its kind. The front facade is particularly good, with excellent detailing. The decorative barge ornamentation and orpate cast iron balcony are noteworthy. The interior is also well preserved and includes such details as pressed metal ceilings, a marble fireplace and a fine wooden staircase, typical of some of the finer mass produced elements of the time.
