Disarticulated microvertebrate remains (e.g. fish teeth, scales), sponge spicules, spare vascular plants (leaves, petrified wood), moderate diversity trace fossil assemblages (as below plus variety of additional taxa such as large ribbed pellet burrows, arthropod scratch burrows, Siphonichnus etc)
Additional Comments
Ecca Sea traces are among most diverse and best preserved non-marine ichnofaunas from Gondwana.
Doubtful stromatolites also recorded.
