Based on the investigation and audit, SAHRA agrees that the noted 12 “graves” be excluded from the grave relocation process. An updated permit will be issued to reflect this. Interested and Affected Parties must be informed of this decision within 5 business days. I&APs must be informed that they may appeal this decision in terms of Chapter VI of the March 2000 NHRA Regulations within 14 days of being informed of the decision.
