Please be advised as follows: -

1. Since work has already been carried out at this address, the owner needs to complete Form I;
2. Pay R10 000 for correction of illegal work;
3. Upload all the plans for the buildings on the erf, including the original plan as well as any other previously approved plans to indicate when alterations took place (even replacement of a window or repainting and plastering must be indicated on the plans).
4. Upload photos of all the elevations (sides) of the home and outbuildings and
5. Upload photos of the streetscape (photos of neighbouring houses and those across the street to identify any architectural style that is present in the street).
6. Please do this today, since we need to finalise your application before our office close. So that it can be tabled next Wednesday.
