Location notes
The application is lodged on Portion 1 of the farm Lettieskeus 105 IT, which is located approximately 10.2km Northeast from Chrissiesmeer The entire five hectares are covered by natural vegetation. A wetland has been observed within the proposed project site. Electric power lines run along the boundaries. Additionally, there is a windmill located 250 meters away from the site. Furthermore, we noticed farm workers collecting firewood, indicating ongoing deforestation activities approximately 500 meters away from the site. The nearest formal settlement to the application area is Miss Chrissies Country House, situated approximately 8. 19 kilometers northeast of the site. The proposed area can be accessed through a gravel road that extends from the National Road N17.
