The reserve can be accessed from the R701. Access to the site is permitted only with a guide.
Tourists must contact the Department in advance.
Self-catering accommodation is available at two bush camps, which includes a 4x4 trail.
Accommodation is also available at Wepener. Other activities include fishing, hiking, and bird watching.
