PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ROAD AS PART OF THE GRASPAN SOLAR PV FACILITIES IN THE NORTHERN CAPE PROVINCE

This application is for the proposed development of a new road for the approved Graspan PV Facility. The road is required to provide access to the Graspan PV facility, a Preferred Bidder project under the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme (REIPPPP). This road is a proposed realignment of the authorised access road to provide access to the site, and enable easy access to the substation site especially during construction.
