This report forms part of the series of reports for Total Facilities Management Contract for Prestige Accommodations in Gauteng that will be produced for Section 27 applications to SAHRA in the restoration, repair, and renovation program at the UB. This report will particularly focus on the East Wing Basement, the proposed Information Secure Operational Command Centre (ISOC) renovation.
