Proposal Description
The existing building is situated on portion 1 of erf 410 Duikerfontein, 122 Haig Road, Parkhill in Durban which is in Kwa Zulu Natal.
Refer to drawing no:22047 The addition of multiple kitchens for a teaching school, enhancing the facility's functionality and capacity.
New toilets were installed at the back to accommodate increased usage.
Additionally, a special needs ramp was constructed to improve accessibility, and decks were added
to both the front and back, providing expanded outdoor spaces, removal of asbestos and replaced with new roof.
