Proposal Description
An area of approximately 8ha of the property of 15.5754ha, only section located north of the N4 Bakwena Platinum Highway, will be used. This is located in a Critical Biodiversity Area (CBA2) and will be cleared of vegetation (Activity 12 of Listing 3 and Activity 27 of Listing 1) to allow for the establishment of a chrome washing plant. Gravel roads will be developed (Activity 4 of Listing 3) and the land will be transformed for industrial purposes (Activity 28 of Listing 1) for chrome tailings storage, washing, milling and screening (Activity 14 of Listing 1).
