PGS Heritage has been appointed by the N’Komati Anthracite (Pty) Ltd to affect the relocation of approximately seven (7) graves located in traditional authority areas on Portion 30 of the farm Matabula 701 JU, near Madadeni, within the Mpumalanga Province. Of the seven (7) graves claimed, six (6) are protected in terms of section 36(3) of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999. Nevertheless, a request has been made to exclude one of the graves protected by NHRA Act 25 0f 1999 as the grave is slightly located outside the authorised Block L area and has not received authorisation.
