Interim Comment

The following comments are made as requirement in terms of section 3(4) of the NEMA Regulations and section 38(8) of the NHRA.

• The SAHRA DAU notes the HIA report, its findings and recommendations.
• The report makes reference to a Palaeontological Impact Assessment Report which has not been submitted to the case file; therefore, the applicant is required to submit the PIA report referred to for assessment by the SAHRA DAU.
• Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the PIA report and the DEIA inclusive of appendices.
