Archaeological Impact Assessment, Port Nolloth Bulk Water Supply Pipeline, Alexander Bay to Port Nolloth, Richtersveld Municipality, Northern Cape Province

The development comprises the construction of a ± 92km long bulk water supply pipeline from Alexander Bay, to Port Nolloth, Richtersveld Municipality in the Northern Cape Province. A, number of different pipeline options were evaluated for augmentation of Port Nolloth water supply, including a seawater desalination plant. Option 1, a new bulk water supply pipeline from Alexander Bay to Port Nolloth, was deemed as being the most feasible and economically viable option
