NOTICE OF CONSULTATION FOR MINING PERMIT AND ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION APPLICATION

Selby Mining will conduct an open pit mining operation in the application area, the minerals which to be applied includes: GOLD ORE,IRON ORE (Fe) TANTALUM/NIOBIUMORE (Ta) LITHIUM ORE (Li)BERYLLIUM ORE (Be)MAGNESITE (Mg)ZINC ORE (Zn),VANADIUM ORE (V), URANIUM ORE (U), SILICA SAND (GENERAL) (Q), SAND GENERAL) (QY), SAND (MANUFACTURED) -FROM HARDROCK (QH) SAND (MANUFACTURED) - FROM WASTE DUMP (Qwd) ,COPPER ORE, CHROME ORE ,PLATINUM GROUP METAL, AND MANGANESE . The mine will operate for two years permit period with an option to renew or a period of 3 years which may not exceed (1) year if the mining is not completed. Mining under mining permit will be utilised using open pit mining method. The mining operation will commence with drilling and followed with blasting and subsequent mining of orebody utilising truck and shovel operation. The mined ore will be crushed and screened using a mobile crushing and screening plant. The front end loader will be used to feed the processing plant to size different products.
