Proposal Description
Shego Security Services lodged an application in terms of section 16 of the MPRDA to prospect for coal using both invasive and non-invasive prospecting methods.
The following prospecting methods will be employed:
1. Desktop study
2. Geophysical survey (ground electromagnetic survey)
3. Drilling of 17 exploration boreholes (diamond core drill)
The project area is located on portion 1 and 5 of the farm Elandsfontein situated in the magisterial district of Bethal in Mpumalanga Province.
