The proposed site is situated 25km west of Carolina town along the R38 connecting to un-named route to the proposed site within the Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality, Gert Sibande District in Mpumalanga Province with GPS Coordinates: S 26˚03ˈ 41.1 ̎ E 29˚ 57ˈ 12.3 ̎.
