PROPOSED PROSPECTING RIGHT FOR KOARI SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD LOCATED ON THE REMAINDER OF PORTION 102 OF THE FARM ROODEKRANS 183 IQ SITUATED IN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT OF KRUGERSDORP, GAUTENG PROVINCE

Koari Solutions (Pty) Ltd is proposing to conduct prospecting activities for Clay, Aggregate, Stone and Sand (Manufactured) from waste dump (Qwd), using non-invasive methods of exploration on the Remainder of Portion 102 of the Farm Roodekrans 183 LQ situated in the Magisterial District of Krugersdorp, Gauteng Province.

This project is only for non-invasive desktop studies and thus evaluation of historic exploration results will be conducted. The Environmental Authorization shall thus be for non-invasive exploration only. Should test pits and drilling or any other invasive exploration be required the company shall apply for the amendment of the Prospecting Works Programme (PWP) and the Environmental Authorisation (EA).

It is envisaged that the exploration programme will include the following activities/techniques:
• Desktop Study;
• Mapping;
• Geological modelling and Resource Estimation.

No physical on site (invasive) activities are currently proposed.
