Mining permit on Part of Remaining Extent of Portion 1 of Tweelaagte 175 JR Farm

Basic Assessment process for the Mining Permit Application for Chrome Ore, Iron Ore, Titanium and Vanadium Ore. Mining will be carried out on Part of Remaining Extent of Portion 1 of Tweelaagte 175 JR Farm, situated in the Moses Kotane Local Municipality within the Bojanala District Municipality in the North West Province in terms of section 27 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resource Development Act,2002 (Act 28 of 2008), as amendedand Chapter 6 of NEMA, EIA Regulation, 2014.
