Development of a Tourism Facility

This application is for the authorisation of unlawful construction in preparation for a tented camp.
In addition, it is for authorisation of the further expansion of the tented camp.

2 Proposed facilities:
The applicant proposes an eco-tourism facility and to restore the bushveld in the project area.
The project entails the following:
 The development entails 11 camping sites with tented accommodations. Each tent will have a bathroom, kitchen and braai area. The sites are 62.7969 square metres each (14.370m x 4.370m).
 To restore the bushveld by removing the sicklebush and lantana, planting indigenous grass, shrubs, and trees,
 To promote eco-tourism to generate income for land rehabilitation and preservation efforts.

 The applicant commenced with four (4) of the eleven camping sites of 62.7969 square metres each (14.370m x 4.370m).
