Please be advised as follows: -

1. Need a site plan with labels naming the different structures on the erf, mark the applicable structures where additions and alterations will occur, in red.
2. For grading purposes, please send a photographic report that includes photos of all the buildings on the erf: each building's four sides/elevations must be photographed; and describe the photos or cite what we are looking at.
3. Obtain previous Heritage Impact Assessment from your governing body taken into consideration that there was a previous application to the KZN Amafa & Research Institute, source all information from your head office in Johannesburg. This will allow the new architect to understand how the structure of his report must look like for informed decision making by the Institute.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
