Toro Ya Africa Consultants (Pty) Ltd (on behalf of the North West Housing Corporation) has appointed Environmental Consultants International (Pty) Ltd, as independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP), to undertake the required Environmental Authorisation application- and associated stakeholder engagement process for the proposed Residential Development on Portion 132 of the Farm Mmabatho Town and Townlands 301 JO in the Mahikeng Local Municipality, North West.
The proposed project will have a footprint of 42 hectares and will comprise of 62 x 3-Story flatlet buildings that can accommodate 10 000 residents (student accommodation), Administrative Buildings, a Maintenance Yard, Recreational Areas (Open Space and Sport), Parking and related services infrastructure.
