REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Upload proof of public participation: registered mail sent to all owners of properties in a 100m radius from the address where the applicaiton is made, namely 184 Sarnia Hill.
2. Secondly add posters on the wall of the property to inform interested and affected parties of the owner's proposed demolition.
3. Upload proof of all the above-mentioned onto the SAHRIS-website.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
