REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: 

1. The cost of recitification of illegal work is R10 000 and only R800 was paid. Please pay the outstanding R9200 and upload the proof of payment to the SAHRIS-website.
2. Complete Form A for new or proposed work, like the outstanding awning number 2 on teh east side of the property for parking of the owners' cars and pay R800 for the admin fee for Form A. Upload everything onto the SAHRIS-system, also a full set of plans for the proposed work, numbered and coloured.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
