As indicated before the work has been carried out by the previous owner. Ms L. Richard has inherited the site with the ilegal works already done.
She had only changed the remaining few timber window frames to match those in the new additions and removed the pool.
We have added on these plans the following items for your further consideration and these are:
1. the new awning she wishes to erect over the area in which the pool had been located,
2. a feature steel structure with timber slats over the existing slab of the existing double garage.
