    See Appendix A. Property was purchased in 2019, when the additions and alterations had been completed by the previous owners. The current owners were unaware that the plans were not up to-date and only came to there attention when they received notification that a deviation plan was required, from Building Inspectorate department on 21.11.2023. We lodged the deviation application to Central Municipality on the 9th October 2024, where a refused was received for the application, requiring an AMAFA submission be made.
