PLACEMENT ON HERITAGE REGISTER IN TERMS OF SECTION 30(2) OFTHE NATIONAL HERITAGE RESOURCES ACT (ACT 25 OF 1999) (‘‘THE NHRA’’)
The following individual heritage resource which has been identified within the Atlantis Exempted Area is to be placed on the Heritage Register in terms of Section 30(2) of the NHRA as a grade III heritage resource.
a. The Old Mamre Road tree-lined avenue along the R304 which falls within the exemption area.
