Please be advised as follows: -

1. Upload the elevation plan for the proposed work, the plan on the system, currently, is a blank page, when it is opened.
2. The architecture is not part of the Edwardian Style but the Berea Style (see British Flag air vents).
3. The tiles on the roof were removed neatly, this means work has started before a permit was issued. If vandals removed the tiles it would have been much more disorganised. A site visit will be necessary to see whether illegal work was started.
