REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Complete Form I to recitify illegal work, especially referring to the double-storey building behind the temple, namely the ancillary section on ground level including the kitchen, dining hall and ablutions as well as the first storey, including teh priest's quarters - this building deviates substantially with the proposed drawings that were approved previously. Accordingly this building at the back of the erf, constitutes illegal work. Upload all documents requested as part of the Form I application.
2. Pay R10 000 for rectification of illegal work.
3. Distinguis between illegal work done and proposed work still outstainding: complete Form A for any new and outstanding work, accompanied with a full set of drawings, numbered and coloured and pay R800 as part of the administrative fee.
