REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Firstly, the visit took place on 8 May 2025 and the case officer was informed to prepare a site visit report for perusal and final decision by the HOC-committee as part of arising matters already on the meeting of the 29th of January 2025.
2. It was further noted that the applicant completed the incorrect form, namey Form A while Form H had to be completed taken into consideration that Umbilo Waterworks is a proclaimed monument and Form H is needed for all officially declared Grade II sites.
