Interim Comment

The SAHRA Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes the submission of the Heritage Letter of Exemption and draft Scoping Report but notes that there is also an Intangible Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment report by Prof. Rose Boswell commission as a specialist report in the EA application that was not submitted to the SAHRA. This report must be submitted to the SAHRA for comment.

The SAHRA will provide further comments once the draft EIAr and it's appendices and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment report is submitted to the case on SAHRIS.
