Proposed Township Development on Portion 8, 9 and 10 of the Farm Springvalley 321 JS.

The proposed development entails a township development comprising of 173x Residential Erven, 1x Business Erf and an Open Park Area. Internal road infrastructure will also be included as part of the proposed township development. Residential Erven will have a coverage area of approximately 5, 7434 hectares, the Business Erf approximately 0, 2700 hectares, Open Park Area approximately 4, 7459 hectares and internal road infrastructure approximately 2, 0817 hectares. The site development footprint will be approximately 8,1 hectares (excluding “park” area which will be conserved and remain undeveloped).
