The proposed development entails the construction and operation of religious centre. The northern third of the property is developed with Church facilities as well as residential units with a garden. It is the intention of the applicant to further develop the property and to clear the remaining vegetation for parking and playgrounds as part of the Church ground infrastructure and layout. This will also allow for a subdivision of the entire property to be re-zoned as Institutional and other more appropriate Uses. The site development footprint will be approximately 7,5657 Hectares.
