Industrial Development on Portion 85 of the Farm Kromdraai 292 JS

The proposed development entails the construction and operation of an industrial township comprising of seven (7) workshops, a security access building and 30 storage units. Parking areas will also be provided for. The subject property is currently being used for rural residential dwelling units, which will be demolished, in order to develop industrial workshops on the property with additional self-storage units on the northern portion of the site fronting the street. The site development footprint will be approximately 7 Hectares.
