13 Marion Avenue_Garage and Braai Area

The addition of a garage area and previously the cars were not parked in any covered and enclosed area. A new covered entertainment area with built-in braai area with seating around the pool and some internal alternations to room size so that we can better utilize the spaces and maximize rooms that are used more based on the owner's lifestyle.
This project is within Kwa-Zulu Natal and is Erf 586 Glen Ashley, drawing no 2408.
