Mentorskraal Residential Complex

The extent of the property is approximately 301 hectares (ha) and it is expected that the development will have a footprint of approximately 19.5 ha. The project area will undergo the clearance of vegetation and development of the proposed residential complex and associated infrastructure (including water and sanitation, roads and stormwater and electricity). The subject property is currently vacant and it is the intention of the proponent to establish approximately 390 erven with a minimum erf size 300 m². The site is currently zoned for agriculture and will be rezoned as per a new layout to be developed in consultation with the environmental process.
