The reason for the proposed work is that the existing staff room condition has significally deteriorated.
The Owner has thus decided to build a new building structure that will incorporate a new Staff Room, an Ancillary Unit and a 3 car garage.
There is also a need to modernize the existing kitchen by extending it to the adjoining rear patio to create a bigger kitchen and a scullery.
There is also a new doore to be added to the master bedrrom with its own porch.
Two new carports are to be added.
