HWC noted that the proposed flood damage repairs along Divisional Road 1713, De Rust, does not trigger Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act no. 25 (1999) and therefore not applicable in terms of impacts to heritage resources.
Any further municipal procedures can be duly followed.
