PGS Heritage (Pty) Ltd (PGS) was appointed by Set Square Developments (Pty) Ltd (the Client) to undertake a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) for the proposed establishment of Lethabong Extension 2, situated immediately southeast of Sebokeng, in the Emfuleni Local Municipality and the Sedibeng District Municipality of the Gauteng Province. The project comprises two sections, namely a residential component referred to as Phase 6 North and a commercial component referred to as Phase 6 South. The study area is located on the Remainder of the Farm Quaggasfontein Alias Lapdoorns 548 IQ.
