REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Upload the Cost of Work or Scope of Work to SAHRIS as well as the amount of employment opportunities created.

2. Upload photos of all the elevations or sides of the main house as well as photos of all the elevations of any other outbuildings on the erf.

3. Upload photos of the streetscape (houses across the street and neighbouring houses).

4. Upload photos of all areas internally where changes are proposed.

5. Upload all previously approved plans.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to  [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
