Please be advised as follows: -

1. Separate the illegal work from the proposed work on the plans, there must be two sets of plans: demolition of servants quarters at back of the house must be shown as a demolition plan; indicate that windows were replaced with aluminium and resized and also indicate any other illegal work such as smaller internal alterations for instance changing the dining room to a bathroom and converting the bathroom into a dressing room. All illegal work must be on a separate plan. Illegal work must be condoned first, before we can deal with proposed work.
2. Please upload a full set of plans, numbered and coloured, with the site plan, the floor plan, the elevations as well as the doors and windows schedule.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
