Proposal Description
Build ±15km of 3-phase MV line using Hare conductor, starting from the existing 22kV gantry inside Idutywa substation, connect it to the existing by-pass outside the substation and link it at structure 2BUT-IDU-185. Create NOP at structures 2BUT-IDU-185. Re-connect the spurs using Fox conductor. Label the new 22kV line from the new feeder bay accordingly.
